Need help importing xliff files

Hello tech writers and Adobe employees,

One of my colleagues is having trouble importing xlf files that came back from the translation team.  I had generated the files for him to send to the translation team including the mapper file since he didnt have the right version of RH.  he has v2022 now.  He received the translated files, placed the mapper file in the same folder. When he tried to import, he gets the message "Invalid folder.  pls select a valid language folder".   I used the same RH project, and tried to import the xlf files after putting the mpf files in the same folder.  I am also getting the Invalid folder error message.  I would like to  attach a zip file which contains the mpf file and the translated xlf files but this site does not allow it.  pls advise if there is a way to resolve this error.  > Thanks. - Bob

I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe SOupport. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

I don't think any of the regular supporters here use translation, hence my advice.

Let's put you on your own thread Bob - keep the translation issues separated.
