Need Help with Document Responsiveness Issue in RoboHelp 2019

Hi Adobe Community,

I'm encountering an issue with the responsiveness/scaling of my document in RoboHelp 2019. Despite my troubleshooting efforts, I'm still facing challenges in ensuring that the document displays correctly across different devices.

When viewing the file, the page is not displaying complete content. It is half cut at the bottom of the page, making it difficult for users to access the entire document.

I've tried various methods to address this issue, but haven't found a solution yet. Could anyone provide guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this problem effectively?

I can't see an equivalent but when Responsive HTML5 was introduced in Classic, there wasn't a need for that as you would have used WebHelp if you didn't want a responsive output. With the New UI, there is no WebHelp as its coding does not meet HTML5 and CSS3 requirements. For that reason Adobe added that toggle to give a WebHelp equivalent.

Does you original question still need answering or are you now going to use 2022?

    Yes peter,

My issue got resolved, when I upgraded my RH2019 project to RH2022.

Thanks for your help and information.

I think we need some further clarification.

You say "I have upgraded Robohelp 19 to classic". 2019 had two forms, Classic and New UI and the conversion would be from 2019 Classic to the New UI.

Then you say "Do we have Responsive setting in Robohelp 2019, similar to the Responsive toggle in 2022." I'm not sure what you mean by "toggle" in this context. If you mean the editor, you double click the screen layout in Classic to get to its editor.

Are you now planning to convert to 2022, to clarify things. A screenshot of the problem would help.

    Hi Peter,

In Robohelp 2022, I see a Response togge button, in the Layout > Media Query. Do we have similar option in Robohelp 19 or classic?

Let's get some basic info - what version of RH2019 - Classic or New UI? What point version are you running? What output are you creating using what template or preset settings?

    Hi Jeff,

I am using Robohelp 2019, and I am generating Responsive HTML5 output.

OK, now is it Classic or New UI? Post a screenshot of the project if you don't know the difference.
