Need info on how to integrate Java Robo Help Output with standalone Java Application

We have a standalone Java application which uses HTML format help files and they are being called using HelpSet API in Java.Now we are changing the HTML files to HTML 5 files using Java Robo Help uitility.Can you please suggest us on how to integrate the Java Robo Help output with the Java application.

Only the Multiscreen and Responsive layouts in RoboHelp generate HTML5 outputs so unless I am misunderstanding how you work, you will not get HTML5 output files in your Java layout.
