New Topic Not Showing in Table of Contents

Hello,

I have an existing project. I right clicked under a document section and selected - add topic. The new page populated and I entered my information. I completed a file output and now I cannot see those new topics in the Table of Contents. If I search I can see my content but what is preventing it from showing in the Table of Contents? - Thank you
