Now don't have permissions to use Robohelp

I have been using Robohelp without any issues on my log on since February Extensively. I used it last Thursday, then on Tuesday (yesterday) I saw that my Icons had gone white and when I try to use it I get an error that I dont have the correct permissions. Any ideas?

Maybe contact Support as it should not seem slow. It should be quicker.

See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your support contact options.

For what it is worth, that definitely looks like something is still wrong. Try opening the About RoboHelp sample project and see how that responds.

It should be on the Starter Page but if not click Open Project to open File Explorer. Browse to Documents and then My RoboHelp Projects.

Yes the sample project was correct. I reorganisd my folder and re converted my project and gettin on OK.

Must say it takes a bit of getting used to and the search on the TOPIC list very useful as I can't seem to clear what is in there and enter what I want to search on, it wont have it.

The whole feel of the 2020 version is slow.

It was a permissions issue, so contacted my techies and now have installed the latest version of Robohelp 2020, as requested by Adobe.

I’m finding Robohelp extremely slow and getting application error, when I try to load the Table of Contents, I raised with Adobe.Customer Care yesterday, hopefully will get a response today. I have loaded down the latest update to 2020 also.
