Ocean - CSS

I'm trying to change the color of the beige container that displays the topic name and breadcrumbs. On some monitors, the beige is just too pale and becomes white. I have ransacked the CSS, and I can't find the CSS that controls this. Any suggestions?  (If you can't see that it's a beige rounded rectangle, you're seeing exactly what I'm trying to resolve).
