Oceanic skin: buttons at bottom right

Greetings,

I am using RoboHelp version 2022.1.188. I have a question please about the buttons at the bottom right of the topic page in the Oceanic skin (screen capture below).

 

Would anyone be able to direct me to the location where these are buttons stored? I don’t see them in the publish/skins/Oceanic directory and I didn’t see details by using Inspect View. The reason I ask is that I’d like to use Adobe Illustrator to change the color of the buttons.

    Why use Illustrator? The colour is defined in the editor.
