ol.minitoc-list ol (RH 2019 Default.css style)

Examining the styles provided by RH 2019 in the default.css file via text editor and noticed a list style that doesn't get surfaced in the RH 2019 UI. Wondering if anyone knows what it's in there for (see blue text below - styles in gray provided for context/location in CSS).
