Online review using Creative Cloud

 Robohelp 2022.0.346 Review: File cannot be seen in Adobe Creative Cloud even though it is listed there. Browser Chrome.

Posted a review using the Review tab in Robohelp.

Invited reviewer.

Got feedback.

Received email from Creative Cloud.

Clicked to open browser (Chrome)/

Comments appear but the file contents do not appear.

Since cannot view the feedback file and the topic in Author view on same screen, cannot view annotations to correct the content.

    As it says in that topic, you don't. "In the initial release, the Resolve and Delete options will not be enabled. You will need to switch from Review mode to Author mode and make the changes manually."

     

    This still has not been changed.

    Thanks again. I believe in the version 2022.0.346, the resolve and Delete options in the Reviewer comment section are activated. The Resolve button removes the comment from the Reviewer Comments section (on the right). I am having difficulty understanding the relationship with the topic in the Author mode that I am correcting. It is very difficult if not impossible to make corrections when one cannot see those corrections while editing a topic. Switching back and forth is not a solution. How can one see the corrections made by the reviewers and the topic in Author tab at the same time?

    I don't know any other way to say this. You cannot see the comments and author mode at the same time. Speak to support if you want their confirmation.

    Thanks for your quick reply. I understand that all corrections, annotations, etc. that appear in the Feedback topic appears in the Review tab of the Robohelp intf. OK. I get that, but I cannot view the feedback topic side by side with the topic in the Author tab that has to be corrected. How do I view the reviewed and annotated topic side-by-side with the topic in the Author tab?

    I believe you're supposed to view the revew edits and comments within Robohelp, not through Creative Cloud. Can you see the edits and comments on the Review tab in Robohelp? I think you need to click Active, then expand the relevant review and open each topic.

    Thanks for your reply. Yes, I get that, but I cannot view annotations, comments and corrections side by side with the topic in the Author tab. Even if there is only one correction in the Review topic in the Review tab, it is very difficult and awkward to correct a topic when you cannot see the corrections in front of you. How can I view the corrections side by side with the topic in the Author tab?
