'Open Notebook' file (OneNote) automatically appears in RH projects

Why does OneNote automatically insert an 'Open Notebook' file (file type MS OneNote Table of Contents) into my RoboHelp 11 projects? I track projects using OneNote but do not link between ON and RH.

I suspect that's more of a OneNote question than a RH one - how do you "track projects" using OneNote?
