Hello, just wondering if output to markdown is a possibility, now or in a future version.
Obviously this format is often used for software documentation.
I found traces of importing, but not for output.
Syntax is different from html obviously.
What could be arguments to NOT use markdown as output, if available?

There's no markdown output that I'm aware of. You'd have to contact Adobe directly about whether that's something they're looking at. See the following page for support contact options. The email is recommended as that goes to a dedicated team.
