Output whcshdata.js file missing mapping code

Hello,

I've created a map file and auto-mapped all of my topics (22) but the whcshdata.js file is missing the mapping code.

RH 2015 Version 12 for windows.

Reviewed forums and found similar issue whcshdata.js file is empty in CS WebHelp output

but my RH settings menu does not have a Content Categories area where I can check off the BSSCDefault.h file

What's the solution to this issue?
