PDF links to other PDFs in RH 2015 version

I was wondering if anyone else has had problems using relative links in PDFs in the RH 2015 version, using Responsive HTML5. It seems that links in the PDFs going to web pages is not an issue; hyperlinks between one PDF and another is problematic. Not sure what specific information is needed other than these facts. Please share any possible solutions.
