PDF output error

Hi all, i would request to provide a solution on the RoboHelp project output generation error
when I try to generate PDF output for my topic in my RoboHelp platform , I keep getting a java installation error even after installing the required java updates for the RoboHelp and also tried uninstalling the RoboHelp but
other forms of output are generated without error like HTML and word

any RoboHelp experts or those who work on RoboHelp platforms kindly please provide your valuable suggestions

    Just in case - if you are using a mac - there is a bug with js/PDFs using big sur and later.  I spent 4 hours with adobe support and could not get it fixed.  If you are on a mac, have all the files installed and still getting the error, open RH from the terminal.  This workaround is the only way I can generate PDFs.

    I am also facing the similar issue, but the error message is different that yours.

    I cannot understand why there are lot of issues with the new versions of RoboHelp.

    Even if you notice the error message, it doesn't help us to identify and resove the issues.

    It asks us to view the logs to identiy the issues with PDF output. I have just started using the new RH and could not locate the Logs locations. Instead of asking use to search for logs, it should provide a link of View Logs.

     

    The New versions of RH are affecting our productivity a lot. If somebosy knows about the location/URL where we can provide our suggestions/issues/improvements, please share.

    @Ana2021 If you are getting a different message, then it is a different issue. Going to the logs may not help so start a new thread and we can try to help you.

     

    The new UI is a struggle during the first few weeks of use but once you learn the new ways, it soon becomes easier to use in many ways. It is not without faults, neither was Classic, but now I hate having to go back to Classic.

    Other outputs do not have the java requirement so they will not be affected.

     

    You cannot have installed the required updates or you have not installed them correctly. See RH2022 PDF Output (grainge.org) and follow the instructions there.
