OK I have now seen the project.

The problem is because you are pasting images into your Word document. You must insert them via the RoboHelp menu in Word (or the RH icon). Second, it is essential that when you compile, you first go to the RoboHelp menu and select the True Code view so that you see text in your document rather than the image. Your project will then compile with the images showing.

Out of interest, what part of Italy are you in?

A long time since I visited that part of Italy. My recent trip was to Sorrento.

I live in Guildford, Surrey, UK. About 35 miles south west of London.

I am sorry but I don't know what error 1400 is. What you are seeing with your CPU stats though is perfectly normal.

Create a new project without any images and see if you have any problems there. Then introduce a few images and see what happens.

Post back with the results.

If I understand you correctly, you are now getting this problem in a new project that you have created. If so, how big is that project if you zip it up?

Welcome to the forum

I have just come back from a holiday in Italy so let's see if I can help you.

A little bit of Googling indicated that a Word user had this problem with a file that was on a network. Is your RoboHelp project on a network? Not good. Move the project to your hard disk and see if it recovers.

If that is not the problem, what version of Word are you using?

I have my project on my Hard Disk!
I use Word 2000 (9.0.6926 SP-3).
The problem append when I put many big immages in a topic.

Are the images displayed in your topics are you showing the true code? It's an option on the RoboHelp menu in Word. Change to code and it will probably then compile OK.
