I'm trying to add plus/minus squares to the compiled TOC in my Microsoft HTML

I accidentally saved the original post before I finished. I'm trying to add plus/minus squares to the compiled TOC in my Microsoft HTML; however, when I go to the TOC Styles tab, the Plus/minus squares option is grayed out. Is there something I need to do in order to use this feature? Thanks.

Hi teriw and welcome to our community

If this is for a compiled .CHM file, you get this option by first enabling "Lines from Root".

If it's for WebHelp, you accomplish it by changing the images that are used for the TOC elements.
