Pop-ups display in full window

Hello, the company installed RoboHelp version 10 this week. We were using version 7. If I select Display in auto sizing pop up the link still opens in a full size window...any tips? If i preview after compiling it it displays fine, but on the live site it still opens in the full window mode.

Yes, we went form version 7 to version 10. That worked. Thank you for your help!

Hi there

I'm assuming here that you were working in an earlier version? If so, does clicking Tools > Update DHTML Effects in Topics correct the issue?
