Post to the RoboHelp 2019.0.14 Update

Hi Support Team,

I am really fed-up with the RoboHelp tool. Post to the output generation i cant able to view only blank home page File 1 PFA,

Also, I see in Task Manager (Background Processes) so many are running in background File 2 PFA,

Even though i ended those background processes and restarted the tool and PC. i am facing this issue. Kindly help me to fix this issue.

Hi Shyam,

Can you please provide more details about your issue? Are you being able to generate output from the samples provided? RoboHelp uses many threads in the background, they all show up in the task manager so having multiple of them is not an issue.
