Printed Documentation Layout - Cannot link two TOC choices to one topic

RH9 - Printed Documentation Layout

I am trying to get two different TOC choices to link to the same single topic. It sort of works, but not really. I will try to explain.

TOC

Trucks > Brakes

Cars > Brakes

Where Brakes is one topic file

Note that this works fine generated using WebHelp Layout

In Printed documentation, the topic under Trucks is missing. Clicking on "Trucks" takes you to Brakes, but the option "Brakes" is not displayed.

Have you checked that the topic appears twice on the right in the print layout?
