Printed documentation with Robohelp 2015 and Office 365 Word 2016

Using Adobe Robohelp 2015 12.0.1.338 and Microsoft  Word 2016 MSO (16.0.6528.1011) 32-bit I cannot generate printed documentation. Robohelp says, "A supported version of Microsoft Word does not exist. Please install Microsoft Word 2000 or newer."  How can I generate printed documentation?

Are you generating to the same drive as the projects?

If you are then the two things to try are an Office Repair and after that uninstalling and reinstalling 2015 with the updates.

Not sure after that but let's see where that goes.

Generate one of the sample projects to see if this is a general issue or project specific.

Hi

I am using Robohelp 2015 with Office 365. We fixed the issue regarding the error that prompted a newer version of Office was required by installing the patches. However, on generating the printed doc, the process hangs at the Saving...step and just shows the processing bar on and on. I then cannot even cancel the process, but have to crash Robohelp via the task manager. Do you have any suggestions what this may be. My Robohelp is installed on a laptop 64 bit.

I would appreciate the help - our IT have no clue on what the problem is.

thanks

Melanie
