Printing issues

Equipment:

iMac and HP LJ Pro 400 Color MFP

Problem: When printing double sided, printed pages have colored streaks top to bottom of the printed page, all sides.

Printing single page, no issues, clean printing.

Only happens with printing double-sided Adobe.

Word documents not affected.

Have verified Adobe, HP, and iMac software are all updated and in working order.

Have run the cleaning function on the HP 5 times; All with no fix.

Need help with this, please.

You have posted in a forum for Adobe RoboHelp but your problem does not seem to be related to that product.

Adobe is a company with many products. I suspect you are using Adobe Reader but it could be Adobe Acrobat or some other product. Please advise which product and the post will be moved to the correct forum.
