Problem Installing RoboHelp 2019 on Windows 11 Computer

I am trying to install RoboHelp 2019 (Classic) on a new computer which has Windows 11 Version 24H2 OS. When I run the set-up.exe, the Adobe RoboHelp (2019 release) Installer window pops up but is completely blank and nothing happens. How can I install RoboHelp 2019? I did install 2020 successfully but had to uninstall as I cannot use that version since the file structure is different and will not work with our Source Control.

Are you running the installer as an admin?
I suggest contacting the RH folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

    Thank you! I will try running as admin. If that doesn't help, I will contact the RH Help as you suggest.
