Problem with missing headings

Question

Hi I'm having a problem with the import of a word file.
Everytime I try to import the file RoboHelp shows me two
headings to select, but the word file contains four headings. It
includes a refreshed TOC based on these four headings.

So what RoboHelp shows me looks like:
Heading 1
Heading 4
TOC 1
TOC 2
TOC 3
TOC 4

Heading 2 and Heading 3 are completely missing and I just
don't know why.

This happens with RoboHelp 5 (including the latest updates)
and Word 2003.
I was previously using RoboHelp 3 with Word 2000 and was able
to import the same document without any problems.

I would be so thankful if someone could help me.

I'm working with RoboHelp 7, so I don't know, if this couldhelp you. The styles in the word document have to be named exact.When the style is named something like "heading 3,h3" Robohelp isnot able to recognize it. I had this problem and renamed the styleof the heading and then it worked.
