Problem with Trial Download
I have downloaded the trial version of RoboHelp 7. After
clicking the "I want to try Adobe RoboHelp 7 free for 30 days"
radio button and clicking the Next button, I receive the following
message: A problem was encountered while trying to load the trial
period for Adobe RoboHelp 7.
I successfully downloaded this trial version to my work computer using my Adobe login. Can I use the same login to download the trial to a different computer?
I have rebooted my computer, uninstalled RoboHelp 7, and re-downloaded the trial...and I get the same message. So far...I'm not too impressed with this new version.
Any suggestions?
