Problem with Word and PDF output

Hello!

I work with RH2020.

I try to create a word output but after launching the generation, RH just create a loap and never end...

I did these differents steps :

1/ I create a HMT responsive output with a ToC online.

2/ I duplicate my ToC and define it as a book ToC.

3/ I create a masterpage in content menu and add it as firts page in the word output model ToC 

4/ After launching, RH never ended and try to create the Wort output.... I must kill RH...

 

I try to launch the generation without model and it works... So I think it's an issue with the definition of my masterpage for ToC but can't find..

    OK, when you say "model" I think you mean the "preset".

     

     

    The next step in troubleshooting this is to try a sample project. Test the same issue in the About RoboHelp sample project. That will establish whether it is a general problem or a problem specific to your project.

     

    Cick Open Project and browse to Documents, then My RoboHelp Projects. Try it with About RoboHelp.

     

    Also, in your Book TOC do you have a TOC page defined?

    Thank you for you answer, I think the problem come from the definition of a TOC page in my book ToC.. After that, I have generated my project without anyproblem...

     

    I made a confusion between masterpage in online ToC and Cover Page in Book ToC...

    You mean without master page, correct?

     

    Then you say definition of my masterpage for ToC. 

     

    Overall it seems if you generate no masterpage defined for the TOC section, your Word output is generated. Is that the case?

     

    If it is, then it would seem you need to create a new master page and configure one bit at a time to see when it breaks. That assumes I have understood the problem correctly.

    Yes you understand the problem. If I have no masterpage, word output is generated.

    I try to create a masterpage (without any modification) and then just add it to the model of output generation and it does'nt work too.

    I made different tests and If I manage the "model menu" RH never finish the generation.
