Problems invoking webhelp with mapping IDs

Hello,

We are currently having problems invoking the webhelp with the Adobe/Adobe RoboHelp 8/CSH API/CS.NET/RoboHelp_CSH.cs example.

We are using  the Context option, giving it the map ID from RH and only the topic page pops up without the complete frameset (only the "show" link inside). If we choose another map ID and invoke the show help busston again, we get anthe following error from IE: Access is Denied.

Are we doing something wrong? Has anybody succeeded in using this example?

Thanks and kind regards,

Daniel

When we invoke the help, we either get the topic, without the left panel (Contents, Index, Serarch, Glossary), or we get the whole frame but no matter which window from the software we invoke it from we get the default topic.

Are we missing something?

Thanks,

Daniel

Thank you for your answer.

We already read all the info on this subject on your site, but we still cannot solve the problem.
