problems with translate files

Hello, I export the files that I want to translate, a company sent them back to me translated, I change the translated files for the original ones without modifying the mapperFile, I only replace the topics.

But the problem is that the project keeps importing for hours and if I look at the translated project only half of it appears.

the file I get back is translated. I don't know what to do, I have tried with other languages and the same thing doesn't happen. I have version 2022.1.188 but I have also tried it with version 2 and the same thing happens.

If it only happens with one language but not with others, it’s likely that there is an issue with the translated files.
From the screenshots of the XLIFF files, I cannot immediately see a problem, they seem to be fine.

You can try to drill down to the problem by first importing one translated file, than the next, then the third, and so on, until you reach at the file where it "hangs". (Or is it just the one in your screenshot ("Top_Bar") that hangs?

I have tried what you have told me, and it happens in several files, the strange thing is that there are times when the same file gives me an error, then I try again and it does it correctly, but the others remain the same. I have to say that I spoke to support and according to their response they were able to translate it without any problem. So I understand that the error is not in the translated file.

Not too many of us here that deal with translation work - you might try contacting the RH folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
