My profile is showing disabled for the enrollment of the courses and tutorials on Robohelp? May I know the reason?

    Correct answer Peter Grainge

This issue has been resolved and I have been able to access the learning materials.

Adobe are investigating this.  i will update the thread when I know more. Meantime try now and again as it is working for some people.

Where are you trying to access this? Is there a website or are you trying to use some link within RH? If so, what version are you using?
[Edit - sorry Peter, missed your replies on this one. I just checked my copy and I get to the website where I'm able to sign up, but I don't know if the OP was getting stopped at an earlier stage or after signing up.]

Open RoboHelp > Click Learn > Click Watch Now. You then get the disabled message but with a login. However, before you can log in, it loops back.

I wondered if you had found a way in that caused this but now I am seeing it with the Learn link when you open RoboHelp. I will take this up with a contact and post back.
