Program Crash when creating printed doc

This is an issue that has just started occur in the last few days. I hadn't touched the files as far as I can remember, but when I decided to compile a printed doc yesterday I received this message.

Debug Error!
Program C:\Program Files\Robohelp Office\RoboHTML\RoboHTML.exe
abnormal program termination
(Press Retry to debug application)
Abort Retry Ignore

If I choose any option other than ignore it shuts the program down. If I choose ignore it allows me to go as far as the Print Document Content screen and then if I click next to advance to the Style selector it freezes up and won't advance. Then I get another program termination message.

Like I said, this hasn't happened before yesterday. I have tried restarting my computer. I tried compiling the other output types and they are working fine.

Yes the problem is just limited to one project. I have 3 other projects that I am capable of producing printed documentation just fine. No one has reinstalled Word or applied any Office Updates. I looked at all of the issues covered in Peter's Web site and nothing helped. Any more suggestions?

OK we are making progress. Now we have identified the problem is with the project rather than RH or Word. Create a blank project and import a handful of the topics from the failing project into it. Generate the printed documentation. If it works, repeat the process until it fails. When it fails import one topic at a time until it fails. Then you'll have the topic that is causing the problem.

First question is "Is the problem limited to one project. Creat a test project with a few topics and create the printed documentation. If this works, the problem is with your project. If it doesn't work, has anyone reinstalled Word or applied Office updates, etc.? You may also wish to look at the issues covered here. Try these first and let us know how you get on.
