Projects created in RoboHelp ver 9 will not open in Adobe RoboHelp version 2019.

I just upgrade from Version 9 to version 2019 and now I cannot open my old projects created in version 9 of Adobe RoboHelp in my new 2019 version of Adobe Robohelp.  Please advise.  Thanks.

The upgrade will have left your old Version 9 project untouched.

Now make a copy of it as the next step will not leave it untouched and you need to keep a clean copy.

Open 2019 Classic and open one of the copies in that. Then upgrade that project to the new 2019.

Before you start, make sure you have applied the updates to 2019. You should have 2019.0.9.
