I'm new to Robohelp and would like to ask how can I make my documentation accessible online for people outside my network. I don't have any of the Server types listed in the following image. do I need to purchase RoboHelp Server? Thanks

In addition to what Peter said about web servers, you can publish to the web server using the File System link if your developers set it up a certain way.

I don't know the details, but I publish with a file system link that looks like \\webserver\myhelp, where 'myhelp' is in the root directory of the  webserver (wwwroot on IIS servers). Hopefully that will be enough for your developers to know what it means and if they can and are willing to do that - some organisations will prefer SFTP.

You do not need RoboHelp Server. What you do need is access to a web server. You can then publish using say FTP or SFTP or you can simply copy what you have generated rather than published to your developers. They can then upload it to the web server.

A web server is not the same as a network file server.
