Publishing and testing movie in Flash - nothing happens

Please help.  I have my students creating digital portfolios in flash and some of them are running into the problem that they will not test nor publish.  This is not happening to all students just a few.  I've even opened their files on my computer and they will not test or publish.  Any help would be appreciated.  We are running Flash CS4 on PC.

You might do better asking in the Flash forums. This forum is for FlashHelp, a type of online help created by RoboHelp.
