Publishing Problems

Greetings,

As of today, I cannot publish my web site to the ftp server; no problems publishing since Januray and I successfully published two days ago. The warning I get within RoboHelp 7 is "The login request was denied". and I have not changed any settings (i.e, IP address, user name, password, directory). I called the company to see if they could resolve the problem, no luck. Here is the confusing part:

I installed a Firefox extension, FireFTP, and using the exact same settings as RoboHelp, no problems publishing. I added a new server in RoboHelp with a different name, shut down / restarted the computer, same error message with the new server name.

Any suggestions to solve this apparent RoboHelp issue is appreciated,
