Question about these forums

On the main page of the RoboHelp Support Forums, forums such as FlashHelp and Other Single Source Layouts currently list 384 and 57 topics respectively.

But when I enter those forums, I either can only see a few topics (e.g. 4 topics in FlashHelp) or no topics (in Other SSLs). In the latter case, it tells me "This category does not contain any topics", which seems wrong to me because I have created topics in that forum myself.

If I then search for a string in Other SSLs, it returns some topics.

The problem seems to occur regardless of which browser I am using and if I am logged in or not. Is there an option I am missing somewhere?
Thanks

Snap Rick. At least I mentioned your guide. :-)

Take a look at your profile. The forum is just displaying those topics within whatever period you set or the default. Set it to an inter-galactic figure and you should be OK.

Take a look at http://www.robowizard.com and download the forums guide.

    Hi PigBodine

Indeed there is a setting you are probably missing. When you aren't logged in, you are using default values. But when you log into the forums, you have the ability to configure your profile. See that link up near the top that is labeled Profile? Click that and a new world opens up that allows you to change many things. And once you do this, note that there are two different views that are controlled by options on the page.

    Cheers... Rick
