Question Marks on Tabs in Responsive HTML5

I have a really weird problem.

When my generated Responsive HTML5 files are staged to our network directory, the tabs display question marks like this:

This does not happen on my computer, only when the files get staged and also attached to our application.

My cloud engineer is comparing directories to see if any files are not getting staged.

In the meantime, has anyone seen this problem? How did you solve it?

Thank you!

Cindy

ps - don't "view" it from within RH's "would you like to see your output" offer - go into Windows File Explorer and launch the index page.

If it's now appearing locally (incorrectly), then that indicates that there's something different between the local (working) copy of the output files & the server (non-working) copy. I'd start with wiping the server's copy and re-copy the "good" output back up to it - then see how it behaves.

I copied down the generated help from our server.

Now I see the issue - whereas I did not see it when I compile the help on my laptop and view it from RoboHelp.

I compared the files in my compilation folder and the folder I copied down, and all files are present.

Could be missing files, could be fonts, could be encoding on server vs. workstation...
