Hi,

What is an efficient way into the RoboHelp online help. Here's my UNACCEPTABLE workflow:

Click Help in robohelp.

Land on the sales page for Robohelp with the guide toc down the left.

Don't see what I'm looking for.

Enter "assign mapID" in the search box at the top of this RoboHelp page.

Land on some Adobe page with hits to not RoboHelp and have to search and fail to find the RoboHelp product on the left...what group of products do they put this neccessary evil in?

Jeesh. Pls. Show me the fast way?

@Amebr, the search scope is across all products and information offerings first.

But you can restrict the search scope to only RoboHelp in the search settings (filters) on the left side:

    Hope that helps.

And search for "assign mapID" brings me here, first search result is the fitting one:

I wish my search limited itself to Robohelp results only. While this search did put the context sensitive help topic in the list, most of the results are not for Robohelp and are irrelevant. The eye-catching info at the top isn't robohelp at all.

Let me correct myself, because I did the wrong search. There are no relevant results with the right search.

Strange. When I open Help > Online Help in RoboHelp 2019, I come to this page:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/user-guide.html

And that is definitively not the sales page, but the User Guide.

    What version are you in?

    2019, my apologies

A google search for the same string got me right to the spot in Adobe support space 🙂

Maybe I am old school...I always find Adobe's video help for their graphics software unsettling too!
