Google or ChatGPT the term ENOENT. If that and this thread don't help, as stated before you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Unless the other thread gives you anything to try, it's time to go to Support. It's something in your environment.

Had there been a resolution to this issue? I am getting ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat 'C:\Users\e1bhme7\AppData\Local\Temp\1\RHTMP\WordI2gmuk\Customer_3PL.docx'

I am going to assume your project is on your C drive.

In Windows FIle Explorer create a folder with sub-folders and not within the project folders.

C:\Rh_Outputs\CHMs

Deselect the Save Output path check box.

Browse to the folder you created using the search icon next to the Output Path field.

Then enter the name of the CHM file with no path.

Does that work?

If not use the About RoboHelp sample project in the same way.

When trying to generate this CHM file, C:\HelpSmithProjects\NGAHELP.CHM.chm , I get this, C:\NGA MICROSOFT HTML\New folder\C:\HelpSmithProjects contains invalid WIN32 path characters. , error code. Any help would be great.

No need to create another thread - I had already split you off into your own.

Clearly the issue is the extra "C:" in that path - can you answer my questions in the above post?

Ok, split off into your own thread @Caleb Maddox - let's get into the particulars of your issue. Was this working before & now is not? Or is this the first time you've tried creating a CHM with this project? As a test, can you create any other form of output?

This is my first time trying to create a CHM with this file or at all. All other OUTPUTS work.

Ok, so let's have some screenshots of how you're setting up the output location for generating this CHM output. The New UI RH versions now only allow you to create output in a location outside of the project folder (too many people were accidentally clobbering their RH project files with output files).

Do you have non-English characters in the user profile path also?

"C:\HelpSmithProjects\NGAHELP.chm"

That seems rather straightforward - what sort of issue are you experiencing in creating the CHM? (Maybe start with your RH version)
