Recommended method for multiple users working on one webhelp project

I have a large webhelp project that is currently in RoboHelp 2015.

We would like to allow, say, four people, to edit, delete and add topics to this RoboHelp project. Please explain the best method(s) and software to accomplish this. Would we need some version control software? If so, what software?

Hi there

I believe RoboHelp ships with its own version control software. You just need to install it and begin adding projects to it and using it.
