Recommended XLIFF software that works with RoboHelp?

I'm exporting XLIFFs from RH2022. I tried using POedit, but it "unescapes" characters in the XLIFF and breaks it, so re-importing doesn't work again.

Swordfish doesn't work either, as it heavily changes the XLIFF format.

The only thing that has worked 100% is me manually editing the XLIFF.

Is there any program that the RH community recommends for working with XLIFF files?

I think doing a quick search on the forum has turned up mention of Trados(?) Not many of us doing localization on here.
