Related Topics button links switch to English in previously translated topics

Our translation company translated our English RoboHelp files into French, German, Spanish, and Japanese. Each time I opened the source files (or compiled files) on my computer (English OS with RoboHelp X5), the Related Topics button links switched to English titles. The problem got worse each time I opened the files. I found a patch for Related Topics issues and let the translation company know about it: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=rb_112103

It seems to have fixed the problem for French, German, and Spanish. But, the Japanese now shows the Related Topics button in Japanese (as expected) with English title links that include many question mark symbols. It looks like I need another patch for Japanese. Does anyone know of one?

    Hi IDBL and welcome to the forums. I'm not sure if this will help any but to use asian languages in RH requires the Asian edition of RH. The "normal" RHX5 does not support asian characters. This may be the cause of your woes.
