Removing Glossary and Index icons from output help

I am using Robohelp 2020 and want to output in Responsive HTML5. When setting up the default parameters for this output, I did the following:

In the Contents view I cleared Include Index checkbox and in the Glossary field, I have None.

However when I generate the help, both the Index and Glossary Icons appear. How can I remove them? It looks so unpolished!

I think there are toggles in the skin. Where will depend on which skin you're using.
