Responsive HTML5 Compile - hml file not found

After updating to 11.0.4.291, I compiled our Responsive HTML5 primary layout with no errors. I selected the 'view results' option which appears normal until any docs are selected, they all generate a 'file not found' message. I checked the file path and the hml files are there and appear fine. Any ideas on what is going wrong and how to resolve??

What do you mean by 'until any docs are selected'? Are you talking about topics or other files? What is the link that RoboHelp generated (visible in the left bottom corner when you hover the link)?
