Responsive HTML5 output issue

Hello, I'm facing an issue in generating Responsive HTML5 output. I can only see topic links and no content for the topics.

I've tried opening the output file in multiple browsers. Still, nothing has worked.
I'm facing an issue only with one project, and other projects are working fine. Please help me solve this problem.

    If you mean copy pasting the file in, you cannot do that in 2015. You can paste it in using Explorer but the project will not recognise it until you then import it.

     

    Also source files and output files are different so they will not work properly either.

     

    Copy the content of a source file from one project into a source in another should work other than issues with paths.

    Hello,

    I also ran into this problem yesterday attempting to generate Responsive HTML5 with a project that was working just fine a few days ago. I am on Robohelp 2020.4.173. My output looks similar to yours. Any ideas on what to look for?

    If it worked before, what changed? Maybe updating to Patch 7 might help - you can also test out the sample projects to see if they work. You could also try testing with a new Preset and skin to see if it's something corrupted in your Preset.

    My issue has cleared up..It was caused by my environment. My VM machine was acting up. All set now.

    I can see you are using RoboHelp Classic but which version?

     

    Your Start Page is "index2.htm". More usually it would be "index.htm". Are you sure the URL is correct.

     

    How are you accessing that? Have you tried by simply double clicking the Start Page in File Explorer?

    Hi Peter,

    Sorry for replying late. I'm using RoboHelp 2015.
    I had a backup of the same project file, and I was working with that only.
    Now I'm facing the same issue again, and I've tried everything you said, but I'm still facing the problem.
    I've noticed that copying a topic from one project to another causes this problem. Can copy-paste a topic's content directly to a project cause the output issue?
    I've deleted the topic, still facing the problem.
