Responsive HTML5 TOC on iPhone vs Samsung (RoboHelp 2019 Classic)

Hi All. When creating a responsive output from RoboHelp 2019 Classic and viewing on different devices, the TOC fails to show on iOS. Has anyone encountered this and is there a solution?

    Was the RH2019 on the last patch version before the output was created - that's the first thing to check (I think it was .14). Is it the iOS browser (Safari, right?) that's got the issue or something to do with the device? I'd try the output on a Mac with Safari to test & eliminate that as a possibility.

    Hi, thanks your your reply.

    I've checked for any updates to the software, and it appears to be fully up to date. As for testing. So far this has been carried out in Chrome, firefox and an iOS emulator, but not on a phsyical device.

    You could also test out RH2020 (on some non-production machine to be safe) and see if the HTML5 output created from it worked differently.

    It's not something that has been reported here to the best of my knowledge. I'm not an iOS user so I can't test.
