Reusing Sections of Text and Graphics

Is it possible to reuse a section of text, graphics, etc. in multiple locations? I don't want to simply copy and paste it. I want to write it in one place and "link" to it everywhere it is needed. That way, if it has to change in the future, I can change it in that one place and all others will automatically get the changes.

    If you are using RoboHelp 7, you have the Snippets feature at your disposal.

    Ah yes. Thanks.

    I just saw the snippets feature when looking at RoboHelp 7. I didn't even know 7 was out until just now.

    If you do not have snippets available (and it sounds like you don't), the other option is in line frames but these are fraught with difficulties - mostly around their inability to size themselves.
