Review will not populate active review topics. Getting Error Could not open file asset:........

New user working with Review. I’ve added an Active review. Added a topic but after sending a link, neither myself or users can open any topics included in the review. Upon further review, it will not open the review topic within the project either.

In this case, the first step is finding out why you cannot open the topic in the project. That’s probably behind why it is not uploading.
