Should I be able to find glossary terms when I do a search?  Currently when I do a search my glossary terms do not come up, just the topics created.  If I create a hotspot for the glossary terms will they then come up in a Search?

RoboHelp won't find the glossary itself. I know of two ways around this:

    1. Create a topic with all glossary terms and definitions on it.
    2. Use the Glossary Hotspot Wizard to make occurances of glossary terms into dropdowns. A user can find a pae with this word and click the word to view the definition.

    Kind regards,

If you search, I expect to find glossary terms used in topics. Not the Glossary itself. Is that what you mean?

    Hi William,

When I go to Search and type in a word, i.e. Fun, I would expect that I would find all locations where this word is located including in the Glossary, so that I can see the definition.

Is there a way for the definitions to be searchable, i.e. by creating a hotspot?
