RH 10 + IE 8-Webhelp output not displaying the styles from custom .css

Hi,

I am using RH 10.0.0.287. I generated the Webhelp output and using IE 8 on Windows 7.
The webhelp displays the topics correctly but it is using the styles from the default.css.
I want it to display the styles from the .css I have.

The styles work for the iPad output and not the webhelp.
I have applied the .css at the topic level and can see the .css file in the Project Manager under the Style Sheets folder.

I have also selected the .css in the webhelp settings under Content Categories when generating the webhelp.

I can see the css file in the output webhelp folder. I can see the css referenced in the output topic page. <link rel="StyleSheet" href="OLH1_05.css" type="text/css" />

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Please help!

Does the CSS in the output contain the correct styling? Or does it have the content of the default css?
