RH 2015 not printing TOC in Printed Documentation

All docs print to Word normally, but TOC page says, "No table of contents entries found."

Same TOC is normal in chm file.

"TOC" is selected in Print Document Section Layout.

I've followed the instructions in the help file and tried many times, making different selections in the Printed Documentation window. Searching online support  - this specific topic doesn't appear.


I've used RH for years, but this is a first for me. Am I missing something?

I searched here and found a similar issue: Trying to generate PDF - 'No table of contents entries found'

Perhaps creating a new layout would work for you as well?

Right-click on "No table of contents entries found" and choose update page numbers.

Oops. That's not the message I typically see. I was thinking was thinking of "Error! Bookmark not defined."  SORRY!!!
