RH 2017 - Any good format/idea for generating printed documentation?

Hi,

We have the following scenario. We have an online help/web help that is bundled with the software. There is a specific requirement to also provide a PDF/printed output of the same help content to users who prefer a PDF.

The problem is that when the online help is saved as a printed document (either PDF or word) the document is not very user friendly. This is because it befits a web help more than a PDF. The page number is about 800+. The same ToC that is seen in the web help is converted to PDF.

Is there a better way or idea to reorganize/generate a PDF of the same online help?

The Printed Documentation output does not have to use the same TOC as the WebHelp. Indeed, there are good reasons for using a separate TOC.

Take a look at Printed Documentation on my site.
